Programs and projects entering one FMC technology center from another internal division were in inconsistent stages of readiness. The management processes used by the supplying FMC division required identifying the core problems associated with properly preparing all programs and projects for their next stage of development. New project management skills and processes were needed.


Plexus provided skilled personnel to support the project preparation process for the technology center occupation phase. This included project management training which including facilitation services for initial charter sessions, gate review/gap analysis, work plan development, and more.
