Florida Power and Light

Objective:

Plan and launch Florida Power & Light’s integrated marketing program online and drive FP&L customers to the Company’s new Web site and e-billing services. FPL also wanted to capitalize on the opportunity to create cost effective one-to-one communication channels with its customers.

Solution:

Plexus M/2 worked closely with Florida Power & Light’s in-house e-business development team and marketing department to plan and coordinate marketing of the Company’s e-business initiatives. Plexus was retained to submit FPL’s new Web site to the major search engines and directories. Also, Plexus works closely with the Client and its advertising agency to plan and integrate their e-business initiative with traditional media. FPL is now successfully converting its customers to the new e-billing services which has begun to reduce the Company’s operating cost.
