Objective:

Barclays Bank launched a new corporate branding strategy for each of its divisions, worldwide. Plexus was assigned the task of working with Barclay’s marketing and corporate brand management team to integrate the company’s new brand strategy and e-banking initiatives for their Domestic and Caribbean Divisions.

Solution:

Plexus M/2 worked closely with Barclays Bank’s brand managers and marketing team to redesign, engineer, and integrate the new product and service offerings into its Web site and coordinate the e-business initiative. The challenge was to engineer and rapidly deploy an e-banking application that closely followed the company’s new brand guidelines while merchandising the Division’s unique product and service offerings, and the appeal in extolling the advantages of doing business in the Caribbean.
