CHICAGO - Metro Transportation Group, Inc. (Metro), one of the nation's leading transportation engineering firms, has retained Plexus M/2 to design and develop the architecture for the new information section of their corporate Web site. (See www.metrotransportation.com).

Plexus software engineers have also encoded Metro's traffic analysis "Simm Trafficware" software to enable viewing of simulated traffic studies on the Web without the need of a special video player. The software is currently running two animated traffic case study simulations live online. Metro plans to archive additional case studies under the new initiatives established with Plexus M/2.

Metro has also incorporated "eReach," the permission-based e-mail marketing software developed by Plexus, to serve as the company's primary communication fulfillment channel to its large client base. Metro's clients comprise a wide range of organizations in both the private and public sectors through the United States. It was also announced that the Metro Web site will host on the Plexus M/2 server network.
