NEW YORK -- Wyzer, Inc., a recognized leader in interactive, promotional Customer Relationship Management (CRM), has retained Plexus M/2 to develop a customized version of Plexus' eBuyer platform for its financial services client MBNA America. eBuyer is a Web-based e-commerce/shopping cart application.

eBuyer will provide an easy-to-use online shopping solution for MBNA customers, enabling them to access and order special product offers with automatic cash-back incentives from CashBackWarehouse.com. Initial shopping categories will include electronics, sporting goods, home appliances, jewelry, plus travel and accessories. Up to ten shopping categories will be offered by the system, with flexibility to expand as needed.

eBuyer provides a password-protected ordering function with several levels of access. MBNA customers will be able to access the Web site and build their own orders with ease. After placing an order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order and pricing. Orders are then transmitted to MBNA's fulfillment center. Another e-mail will confirm the order has been shipped.

The MBNA eBuyer application modules include self-administration features that will enable MBNA staff to easily add or delete product offerings, and to edit content, including pricing, when required. MBNA will also have the ability to update content on select pages throughout the site.
