A native of Brighton, England, Mr. Pickett is a 1987 graduate of London's Eastbourne College of Art & Design. He later earned a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Communication from Berkshire College, also located in the London area. Mr. Pickett's duties at Plexus M/2 include the creative direction of interactive marketing solutions built for the company's corporate clientele. These multimedia programs comprise digital design and development of Web-based business solutions, CD ROM and interactive e-mail marketing. He will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designer/developers to generate concepts, graphic design, and execute specified creative strategies on time and on budget. He collaborates with Plexus strategists and the company's technical team to determine architecture, content, and technical functionality of custom interactive media applications. Before joining Plexus M/2, he spent two years as senior designer at E-Solutions Corporation of Tampa. Mr. Pickett gained international experience at Design Bridge, London, as a multimedia designer. Prior to that, he spent ten years as senior designer at London's ABA-Design. During his career, Mr. Pickett has served as graphics director for clients that include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nestle, Oracle, Hyundai, Lotus, Cap Gemini, and Coca-Cola.
